Gimoka

Italian espresso, from delicate to intense

Heritage

The story behind the brand

Gimoka was founded in 1980 by Ivan Padelli in Valtellina, in the Italian Alps. Today it is Italy's second-largest roaster and is present in more than 50 countries.

Its HoReCa range was created for professionals: four blends, from delicate to intense, so every venue can find the espresso that suits its customers.

Quality is checked in five steps, from origin to cup: a dedicated team tests the organoleptic qualities, moisture, bean colour and size of every batch.

Platinum has represented Gimoka exclusively in Greece since 2023.
